So Anna and I are getting a house….
2 of our friends are going to be loving with us. So it’s going to be about a 4 bedroom house.
Obviously Anna and I only have 2 cat currently. And our future roomies each have one cat…. I want to keep a kitten from Amelie’s litter, and so does Anna… That’s 6 cats under one roof. But not forever.
Is that too many? That’d only be 4 cats between Anna and I and when we move out in the future that’s all we’d have.

nonononono. Don’t do it! I have four cats currently and my house is fairly large and I think we should have only 2 or 3 even though I love them to death.

I don’t think that would be too much. My friends had 3 cats in a very small 2 bedroom apartment. As long as all the cats get along & they have places to hide out if they are in a bad mood, it should be fine.

As long as you can afford them and you have enough space and time for all of them, I think it’s a perfectly reasonable number of cats.
